Logotypes
SKIN
Riffing on Y2K aesthetics and adapting letters to corporal forms, this logotype reflects the intimate, sensual intent of this Pōneke based club night.
TWO/FIFTYSEVEN
This logotype was designed in a day with brand incubation workshop, 9—5, for a co-working space. The design focuses on utility, and is CNC routed into signage, furniture and fittings within the space.
MANA MOANA
Designed for indigenous arts collective Mana Moana, the logotype echoes the forms of ocean waves. The group displays video art projected on a fountain ‘water screen’, thematically tied to the Māori and Pacifica relationship with the ocean.
ANTISTATIC
Logotype for a science communication agency, exploring the dichotomy of ‘signal’ and ‘noise’ through a chimeric typeface design.
STORYBOX
Thinking outside the box, the studio’s mark is characterised by the substitution of underscores for o’s, echoing the company’s creative capacity.
THALAMUS
Berlin based arts collective, which hosted a series of experimental gigs, aimed at bridging creative disciplines and challenging their audience. The mark reflects this ethos through obtuse forms.
GEIST
Masthead for a ficticious magazine, born from typographic experiments in combining contrasting letterforms across a sliced horizontal plane.
BETTER LIVING
Logo design for a wellness themed club night, which ran in a Stoke Newington basement through 2019.
